"We," "us," "our," and "ours" refer to the Pelican Bay Amateur Radio Club, an Oregon nonprofit corporation. "Editor" refers to a person who is logged into an account on the site. "Visitor" refers to a person who is not logged in. "You," "your," and "yours" refer to either a visitor or editor unless otherwise noted.
Our server keeps logs of all requests, storing your IP address, your user-agent string (which identifies your browser and operating system versions), the pages you visit, and the date and time of your visit. We will not deliberately disclose these logs to anyone unless we suspect that your activity is malicious (a decision to be made at our sole discretion), but we cannot guarantee that they will not be leaked if the server is compromised and accept no liability for such accidental disclosure.
