The [[Sparks]] newsletter was published quarterly from January 1995 to November 2014. Until May 2011, Polly Keusink ex-N7SJH. After this time, Mike Rice KF7VZZ took over publication. He moved to Port Angeles, WA, but continued writing Sparks remotely. After he moved, Bob ex-W7VN and Lorraine ex-W7RFC Wilkinson took over the printing. They began writing Sparks as well in May 2013. After the last issue of Sparks in November 2014, the club transitioned to the [[WordPress site]]. At the 2014 annual meeting, the Board and members voted to establish the club as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. Prior to this date, the club was not incorporated.
