The Azalea Parade took place on Saturday, May 27, in 2023. As usual, PBARC provided radio communications. Cindy KJ7JTF was ICP1 (Incident Command Post 1) on the Crown Terrace repeater (146.840 MHz, - offset, 88.5 Hz tone) and Andy N7SGV was ICP2 on the Harbor Hills repeater (146.960 MHz, - offset, 88.5 Hz tone).
Parade marshals' golf carts carried APRS trackers this year; the goal was to allow ICP to see a near-live map of the marshals' locations.
