* It is a good idea for at least one person to bring an air compressor and a tire pressure meter; Andy N7SGV needed to reinflate his cargo trailer tires.
* Remember to bring any cables and adapters you will need.
* If you have several of something you will need, bring more than one, because [[w: Murphy's law|one will quit working]].
* It would be helpful to have everyone monitor either the {{840}} or a simplex frequency (likely 147.420) for quick communication among members. A simplex frequency may be better because multiple radios close together using a repeater does not always work well.
