The Health and Welfare Net meets every day at 12:00 noon on the Crown Terrace repeater (146.840 MHz, - offset, 88.5 Hz tone).

QST, QST and good afternoon. This is <call sign> and my name is <name>. I am the net control station for the Pelican Bay Amateur Radio Club's Health and Welfare Net. This net meets every day at twelve o'clock noon local time on the PBARC Crown Terrace repeater on 146.840 megahertz with a negative offset and a tone of 88.5 hertz.
