EchoLink

EchoLink is an Internet-based VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) network for ham radio. It allows repeaters around the world to be accessed from a computer or smartphone, or linked to each other by radio. Thousands of repeaters and simplex links are available, with stations on all continents except Antarctica. The Crown Terrace repeater (146.840 MHz, - offset, 88.5 Hz tone) is available for access from computers and phones, but not for linking, as W6DWY-R.

The official EchoLink clients for Windows, Android, and iOS are proprietary/closed-source, but a free and open source client called Qtel is available for Linux. It is bundled with a related program called Svxlink, which is used to connect repeaters to the EchoLink network.
