There is currently a forest fire near Agness. Please monitor the Crown Terrace repeater (146.840 MHz, - offset, 88.5 Hz tone) and 146.520 simplex.
Half mile south of Agness at Oak Flat Campground. 120 acres as of approx 7 30 pm. Check Coos Fire Protection Authority Facebook page, WatchDuty, and the relevant post in Del Norte/Curry County Scanner Facebook group for details. An account is not needed for reading Facebook pages.
Refrain from travelling in the area.
